Jarrett Guarantano Parents: James Guarantano and Karen Guarantano

Jarrett Guarantano is an American football quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Tennessee and Washington State.

Jarrett Guarantano, a former quarterback for Tennessee, has joined with the practice squad of the Arizona Cardinals prior to Week 1.

Following the quarterback Colt McCoy’s placement on injured reserve, the Cardinals made the decision to add him to their practice squad.



After sitting out in 2016, Guarantano was a member of the Volunteers’ roster from 2017 to 2020.

After the conclusion of the 2020 campaign, Guarantano made the move to Washington State. He was on the field for both of the Cougars’ games.

Guarantano was signed by the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent and participated in three preseason games with the team.

During his time at Tennessee, Guarantano participated in 41 games and compiled the following statistics: 6,174 throwing yards, 38 passing touchdowns, 17 interceptions, and five rushing touchdowns.

Jarrett Guarantano was born to his parents James Guarantano (father) and Karen Guarantano (mother).

James, his dad, played the sport professionally. James spent one season (1993) as a wide receiver for the NLF’s San Diego Chargers and four years (1994–1997) with the CLF’s Baltimore Stallions.

When Jarrett’s father was in college, he played football for Rutgers.

But after giving up professional football, he switched careers dramatically and became a police officer with the New York Police Department.
