Jarrid Williams plays professionally as an offensive tackle for the Philadelphia Eagles of the NFL.
Before his transition as a senior, he participated in football at Cedar Hill High School and received varsity letters. He participated in the football team’s defence and recorded 109 tackles in all.
He was chosen for the district’s second team that year. He attended the University of Houston and began his NCAA football career with the Houston Cougars as a two-star recruit. He played in three games in 2017 and eight games as a redshirt freshman in 2016.
In 2018, he began thirteen games as a starter, earning him a spot at the beginning. He made four starts in 2019 before suffering a season-ending injury. In June 2020, he changed schools and joined the Miami Hurricanes football team at the University of Miami.
