For the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League, Jason Kelce plays professional football as a center. He is 1.91 m tall and 134 kg in weight. He went to Cleveland Heights High School, where he played linebacker and running back and twice earned All-Lake Erie-Lake League honors.

After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Cincinnati where he played collegiate football for the Cincinnati Bearcats. In 2007, he played nine games as center and guard after redshirting his true freshman season. He has 13 starts at left guard as a sophomore in 2008.

After making 13 starts at left guard in 2009, he was named to the second team of the Big East. In the sixth round of the 2011 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles selected Kelce with the 191st overall pick. In March 2021, he and the Philadelphia Eagles reached a new contract agreement. He was included on the COVID list on January 3, 2022, and activated four days later.

In 2021, he was selected for his third straight Pro Bowl and was one of the Eagles’ nominees for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award. He was selected for the first team of All-Pros by the Associated Press for the fourth time in his career. As the highest-paid center in the NFL, he re-signed with the Eagles in March 2022 on a new, one-year, $14 million deal.
