Guidry was able to complete the 40-yard sprint in 4.29 seconds while competing in the NFL Scouting Combine in 2020. As a result of his performance, the New York Jets decided to sign him as an undrafted free agent on May 6, 2020, the day after the NFL Draft.
On September 5, 2020, the final roster cuts took place, and he was released from the team. The following day, he was signed to the practice squad.
