Javon Wims Parents: Meet Roy Wims Jr. and Cleola Mosely

Javon Lamar Wims, who was born on September 11, 1994, is a wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League.

He attended Georgia and participated in college football there. In the first game of the 2015 season, which was played on August 27, Wims had six receptions for 107 yards and two touchdowns.

The game was played against Holmes. On September 17, he added two more touchdowns to his tally and collected 116 yards through eight receptions.

At the end of the 2015 campaign, he finished with 47 receptions, 779 receiving yards, and nine touchdowns. On National Signing Day,

Wims extended his football career at the University of Georgia by signing a National Letter of Intent to continue playing for the Bulldogs.

National Signing Day took place on February 3, 2016, when Wims signed with Georgia. On September 24, he made his first appearance for Georgia, in which he had one reception for 10 yards.

In the 2016 Liberty Bowl on the 30th of December, he scored his first touchdown reception. After playing for the Bulldogs for the first time, Wims finished the year with 17 receptions, 190 yards, and a score.

The Bulldogs finished 2017 with an 11–1 record and qualified for the 2018 Rose Bowl, where they won against the Oklahoma Sooners by a score of 54–48.

The final score of Georgia’s game against Alabama in the 2018 College Football Playoff National Championship was 26–23 in favour of Alabama.
