Javon Wims, born September 11, 1994, attended Edward H. White High School in Jacksonville, Florida, where he played high school football. He is an American football wide receiver for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football in Georgia.
He made his debut for Georgia on September 24 and registered one reception for 10 yards. He received his first touchdown reception on December 30, 2016, in the 2016 Liberty Bowl. Wims concluded the season with 17 receptions, 190 yards, and a score after making his Bulldogs debut. The Bulldogs qualified for the 2018 Rose Bowl with an 11-1 record in 2017 and defeated the Oklahoma Sooners by a score of 54-48. Georgia defeated Alabama 23–26 in the national championship game of the 2018 College Football Playoff.
