Joseph Israel Barlow is a Major League Baseball pitcher who currently pitches for the Texas Rangers (MLB). In 2021, he made his MLB debut.

The Texas Rangers selected Barlow in the eleventh round of the 2016 MLB draft. In 2015 and 2016, he was a member of the Salt Lake Community College baseball team.

Barlow played pitcher and catcher during his rookie season. Barlow finished 3–3 with a 2.12 ERA and 51 strikeouts in 46+2 innings thrown in 13 games (7 starts).

Before becoming a full-time professional pitcher in 2018, Barlow spent 2017 and 2018 with the Spokane Indians and Hickory Crawdads. In 2018, he made the transition to throwing professionally.
