Feliciano was born in East Meadow, New York. His mother grandparents were Puerto Rican, while his paternal grandparents were both Sicilian immigrants.

Feliciano and the Buffalo Bills agreed to a two-year, $8 million contract on March 13, 2019. Feliciano started each of the Bills’ 16 games as right guard in 2019.
