Born on August 4, 1996, Jonathan Harris is an American football defensive end for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League (NFL). The Denver Broncos picked up Harris off waivers on October 23, 2019.



On September 28, 2019, Harris was elevated to the Bears’ active roster. On September 29, 2019, Harris faced the Minnesota Vikings in his NFL debut. On October 22, he was released.

Jonathan Harris joined the Chicago Bears on May 3, 2019, as an undrafted free agent. He was released on August 31, 2019, as part of the final roster cuts, but the next day he was re-signed to the Bears’ practice squad.




He was released with a non-football illness designation on August 12, 2020, and after clearing waivers the following day, he was reinstated to the team’s reserve/non-football sickness list.

Harris was re-signed to the practice squad after the Broncos released him on September 1, 2021. On January 3, 2022, he received a promotion to the active roster.

Harris was released by the Broncos on August 30, 2022, and the following day he was added to the practice squad. On November 15, he was added to the active roster.
