Jonathan Leroy Ledbetter. He works as a defensive end for the National Football League’s Arizona Cardinals. He is 1.93 m tall and weighs 128 kg. He played football as a student at Tucker High School. He was chosen to participate in the 2015 Under Armour All-America Game despite not being ranked among the top ten defensive ends in his class by the majority of scouting agencies.
He made a commitment to play college football for the University of Alabama right out of high school, but he later changed his mind and chose to play for the University of Georgia. He spent four seasons playing college football for the Georgia Bulldogs.
His collegiate career came to an end with 122 total tackles, 14.5 tackles for a loss, 4.5 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles. He was given a chance to participate in the 2019 Senior Bowl after his last college season. On April 27, 2019, Ledbetter joined the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent.
On September 8, 2019, he made his NFL debut, starting at defensive end and recording four tackles and a combined sack in a 59-10 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. He was released by the Dolphins in August 2021.He joined the Arizona Cardinals practice squad in September 2021. In February 2022, he committed to a reserve/future deal with the Cardinals.
