Jordan Poyer, also known as Jordan Lynn-Baxter Poyer, is a member of the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills. He participated in football for Astoria High School. He contributed to the state titles of the football and baseball teams as a freshman and a senior, respectively.

He attended at Oregon State University after finishing high school, where he played football for the Beavers from 2009 to 2012. He participated in 13 games as a true freshman in 2009 and made 11 tackles. He played cornerback the next season, compiling 34 tackles and 1,109 all-purpose yards.

In the seventh round of the 2013 NFL Draft, the Philadelphia Eagles picked Poyer. He recorded a season-high six solo tackles against the New England Patriots in Week 14 of that year’s December, a 27-26 loss.
