Football guard Jordan Simmons is a well-known professional football player. He is currently a free agent. He attended Crespi Carmelite High School as well as Susan Miller Dorsey High School. As a senior, he was the second-best offensive line prospect in the country. He enrolled in the University of Southern California after high school and played football for the USC Trojans.
Simmons struggled with knee issues during his time in college, playing only nine times as a reserve. His freshman and sophomore years were redshirted. He was signed by the Oakland Raiders in April 2017, however they released him after training camp finished on September 1, 2018. He was claimed off waivers by the Seattle Seahawks on September 2, 2018.
On September 30, 2018, he took part in his debut NFL contest against the Arizona Cardinals. On November 11, 2018, he played his first game at right guard against the Los Angeles Rams. He was set to be released on August 31, 2021. He was reinstated to the practice squad on September 6. Simmons was acquired by the Las Vegas Raiders in September 2021 from the Seahawks’ practice squad. In July 2022, Simmons made a commitment to the Buffalo Bills. He lost his job on August 14, 2022, and has been a free agent since then.
