He was born on January 3, 1998, in the town of the County of Naguanagua in Venezuela. The Los Angeles Angels signed him into their organisation as an international free agent in July 2014. He started playing professional baseball in 2015 when he played for both the Dominican Summer League Angels and Arizona League Angels.
During the 2016 minor league season, he was assigned to pitch for both the Arizona League Angels and Orem Owlz. He spent 2017 with the Arizona League Angels and Burlington Bees and spent 2018 with the Inland Empire 66ers. He earned a promotion that year to the Mobile BayBears and Salt Lake Bees.
