Josh Jobe joined the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2022. The cornerback has since exuded excellence and tenacity in the competitive sport.



Jobe started his football career at Christopher Columbus High School. and played as a utility player ( defense and offense). He excelled in the game and has continued to maintain that standard to date.

Jobe entered the recruiting process with a rating of four stars and made an early pledge to play collegiate football for the University of Miami Hurricanes.



Jobe moved from Florida to Cheshire, Connecticut to attend Cheshire Academy before his final year since it was determined that he was too old to play high school sports in Florida.

Additionally, Jobe reopened his recruitment, which ultimately resulted in him switching his pledge to Alabama in December of 2017.

Jobe spent four years playing football with the Alabama Crimson Tide. As a true freshman, Jobe participated in 14 games as a backup defensive back and recorded eight tackles.

In his sophomore season, he participated in 12 games, had two starts, one of which was the 2020 Citrus Bowl, and racked up 28 tackles, one interception, and three passes broken up.

On April 30, 2022, the Philadelphia Eagles took a chance on Jobe by signing him as an undrafted free agent, despite the fact that he had been passed over at the NFL Draft.

Along with Josh Sills and Reed Blankenship, he was one of the three undrafted players from the class of 2022 to make it onto the Eagles’ final roster.
