Josh Ross

Josh Ross plays professional football for the NFL team Baltimore Ravens. On the Ravens’ roster, he is listed as a linebacker with the number 46. He stands 1.83 meters tall and weighs 102 kilograms. He was born on October 31, 1999, in the United States, to James Ross Jr. and Shantel Ross.

He went to St. Mary’s High School for both his high school education and his time playing football. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the University of Michigan, where from 2017 to 2021 he played college football for the Michigan Wolverines team.

He started each of the 14 games he played in as a linebacker his senior year, and he led the defense with a total of 106 tackles, including nine tackles for a loss and a shared sack. He ran for his sixth varsity letter, intercepted two passes, and pressured the quarterback eight times. By the time he finished from Michigan, he had the honor of twice being selected to the All-Big Ten team.

In the years 2020 and 2021, his colleagues twice elected him as Team Captain. In his honor, the 2018 Team Blue Collar Award was given. He played linebacker for the Wolverines for 50 games, starting 24 of them. He also got five years of lettering. In the 2022 NFL Draft, he was signed by the Baltimore Ravens.
