Josh Sills is an offensive guard in the National Football League who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles. He is 147 kg in weight and 1.98 m tall. He played football while he was a student at Meadowbrook High School. He attended West Virginia University after high school and played collegiate football for the West Virginia Mountaineers squad.

As a senior, he was chosen as the team captain and led Oklahoma State in knockdown blocks (41 total) and pancake blocks (21 total), earning first-team All-Big 12 recognition for the second year in a row. The Philadelphia Eagles signed him as an undrafted free agent after he went undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft.
