Thomas played for Buffalo for two years and made one tackle in two games during the 2020 season. After playing college football at Appalachian State, he was signed by Buffalo in 2020 as an undrafted rookie free agent in the NFL.
Since then, he has spent most of each of the past two seasons on the practice squad for the Bills.
