At UNC, he played 36 games over three seasons, starting 28 of them, 20 at left guard, 6 at left tackle, and 2 at right tackle. He declared after the season that he will forfeit his remaining collegiate eligibility and declare for the 2022 NFL Draft instead. In the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected Ezeudu with the 67th overall choice.
