Juanyeh Thomas Bio
Juanyeh Thomas is a professional football player who represents the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League as a safety. He is 1.91 m tall and 98 kg in weight. Prior to transferring to Niceville High School for his final two seasons, he previously played football for two seasons at Walton High School. He received all-state and all-area recognition three times.
He set a national high school record by returning interceptions for touchdowns in five consecutive games as a sophomore in 2015, and he concluded the season with eight interceptions overall, a school record. Despite having just one interception as a senior in 2017, he also received all-state honors for the third consecutive year. From 2017 until 2020, he was a Georgia Tech University football player.
He participated in every game as a true freshman in 2018 and led Georgia Tech in tackles. As a sophomore, he played in all 12 games, starting 11 of them at safety. In 2020, he played in all ten of the team’s games, starting each of them at safety. He came in third overall for the team and had 59 tackles, which was the most among all defensive backs.
As a junior safety in 2021, he participated in all 12 games and started each one. In December 2021, Georgia Tech awarded him a B.S. in literature, media, and communication. Thomas signed with the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent after being passed over in the 2022 NFL Draft.
