In the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected Love with the 108th overall pick. Love made his first career interception off a Mitchell Trubisky pass in Week 12 of the 2019 campaign against the Chicago Bears, returning it for 30 yards in a 19-14 defeat.

Love caught his second career interception off another pass thrown by Trubisky in Week 2 of the 2020 campaign against the Chicago Bears during the 17-13 defeat.
