He batted .247 with one home run and 36 RBIs in 67 games for the Spokane Indians in 2014.

While with the Hickory Crawdads and the Round Rock Express, he appeared in seven and two games, respectively, While with the High Desert Mavericks and Hickory Crawdads in 2015, Profar batted .266 with four home runs and 33 RBIs in 77 games.

In 2016, Profar hit.300/.355/.473 with 13 home runs and 58 RBIs in 103 games with High Desert. In 2017, Profar batted .263 with 10 home runs and 40 RBIs in 109 games with the Frisco RoughRiders.

Profar spent the 2018 season with Frisco, where he’s batting line of .232/.283/.352/.636 with 10 home runs and 51 RBI was impressive.

Profar hit .265/.324/.394/.718 with 10 home runs and 60 RBI while splitting the 2019 season between the Frisco RoughRiders and the Nashville Sounds. At the 2019 WBSC Premier12, Profar represented the Netherlands in baseball.

His contract expired at the end of the current season.

Profar signed a minor league contract with the Boston Red Sox on November 22, 2019. As a result of the COVID-19 epidemic, the minor league season for Profar was canceled in 2020. On May 29, 2020, the Red Sox announced his release from the team.
