A professional football player with the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, Kaleb McGary specializes as an offensive tackle. At 2.01 m tall and 139 kg, he is also rather tall. After graduating from Battle Ground High School, he transferred to Fife High School, where he played offensive line, tight end, and defensive line. For college football, he pledged to play for the University of Washington.

Throughout his four seasons of college football, he represented the Washington Huskies. He received the Morris Trophy as the best offensive lineman in the Pac-12 in 2018 and was selected to the All-Pac-12 first team. In 2019 as a rookie, he began each of the 16 games. He appeared in 14 games, starting 13, in the 2020 campaign.

In his 53 games for the Huskies over the course of four seasons, he started 47 of them at right tackle. And despite playing 3,216 snaps, he only allowed 6 sacks. 2019 NFL Draft first-round choice number 31 went to the Atlanta Falcons, who selected McGary. He started 13 out of 16 games for the Falcons in 2020. His injury forced him to leave the Dallas game in week two.

Atlanta’s Week 14 loss to the Chargers happened without him since he missed five consecutive sessions due to a family issue. After the season, McGary will become a free agent after the Falcons elected not to exercise his fifth-year option in May 2022.
