Keaontay Ingram is a professional football player who plays running back for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He is 98 kilograms and 1.83 meters tall. At Carthage High School, he participated in basketball, football, and track. In high school, he won the 4A Division I state championship and was recognized as the game’s Offensive MVP.

Additionally, he took part in the 2018 Under Armour All-America Game. He holds the Carthage school record for most rushing touchdowns with 76 in his career. He attended the University of Texas while playing NCAA football for the Texas Longhorns from 2018 to 2020. In his first season at Texas, he played in 13 games, starting two of them.

He played football for the Texas Longhorns for three seasons before moving to the University of Southern California, where he played for the USC Trojans. Over a thousand yards from scrimmage were amassed there in his final season. His USC school presented him with the Jack Oakie “Rise and Shine” Award for 2021. He was granted access to the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl and the East-West Shrine Bowl in 2022.

He officially became eligible for the NFL Draft in January. Arizona Cardinals made Ingram their sixth-round pick with the 201st overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. He and the Cardinals reached an understanding over a four-year rookie contract in May 2022. He played his first game for Arizona in the preseason opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.
