Kellen Diesch is an American football player who competes for the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins as an offensive tackle. He was born in Dallas, Texas, in the United States on March 28, 2000. Kellen played high school football at Byron Nelson High School while growing up in Trophy Club, Texas. Later, he participated in collegiate football for the Arizona State Sun Devils at Arizona State University.
During his actual rookie year, he redshirted. Over the following three seasons, he primarily played as a reserve. After his redshirt junior year, he declared he was leaving the program with the intention of transferring. He moved as a graduate transfer to Arizona State. In his first year with the Sun Devils, he was a starter.
He made the decision to return to Arizona State for a second season in order to take advantage of the extra year of eligibility provided to college athletes who competed in the 2020 season as a result of the coronavirus outbreak. In his final season, he received second team All-Pac-12 Conference honors. On April 30, 2022, not long after the 2022 NFL Draft had ended, Kellen was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent.
