Kenny Golladay began his undergraduate career in 2012 when he enrolled at North Dakota. As a rookie, Golladay has 30 receptions for 429 yards and a touchdown.
As a sophomore in 2013, Golladay had a breakout season, leading the team with 69 catches for 884 yards and eight touchdowns.
In 2014, Golladay transferred to Northern Illinois after playing two seasons at North Dakota. His departure happened at the same time when Chris Mussman, North Dakota’s head coach, was fired.
The NCAA’s transfer regulations required him to sit out a season. Golladay has 73 receptions for 1,129 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior in 2015. In 2016, Golladay’s final collegiate season, he had 87 receptions for 1,156 yards and eight touchdowns.

Golladay caught eight catches for 117 yards and a touchdown as the Lions defeated the Los Angeles Chargers 13-10 in Week 2 of the season. Golladay caught five catches for 67 yards and two touchdowns in Week 4’s 34-30 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Golladay caught five catches for 121 yards in Week 6’s 23-22 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Golladay hauled in six passes for 123 yards and two touchdowns in Week 8’s 31-26 victory over the New York Giants.
Golladay caught four catches for a season-high 132 yards and a score in Week 9’s 31-24 loss to the Oakland Raiders on four targets.
