Kyle Daniel Tucker is an American professional baseball outfielder who was born in the United States on January 17, 1997. In Major League Baseball, he presently plays for the Houston Astros.
Tucker was selected fifth overall in the first round of the 2015 Major League Baseball draft by the Astros. He didn’t make his Major League Baseball debut until 2018. Henry B. (Henry B.)
Tucker attended Plant High School in Tampa, Florida, and was a member of the baseball team while there. Perfect Game presented the All-American Classic, where he made an appearance.
For the state of Florida, Tucker was named Gatorade Player of the Year. The Houston Astros selected Tucker as the fifth overall pick in the 2015 Major League Baseball Draft, despite the fact that he was largely expected to be selected in the first round. He signed the contract on June 15th.
Tucker spent 2016 with the Rookie-level Greeneville Astros and 2017 with the Class AA Corpus Christi Hooks. On July 7, 2018, he was promoted to the Houston Astros. Tucker hit.285/.360/.438 in 2016, with 32 thefts, nine home runs, and 69 RBIs. In 2017, he hit.274/.346/.528 with 25 home runs and 90 RBIs.
