Kyzir Rasim White, who was born March 24, 1996, previously played college football at West Virginia and was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

White is an American football linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). Kevin White and Ka’Raun White, White’s two brothers, also attended Lackawant before moving to West Virginia.

White chose to attend West Virginia after spending two years at Lackawant Community College, declining scholarship offers from Pittsburgh, Arizona State, Louisville, and Illinois.

He made 152 total tackles during his time at West Virginia, along with four sacks, three interceptions, nine passes defended, and four caused fumbles.

White was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers in the fourth round of the 2018 NFL Draft (119th overall). In 2018, White was selected as the 11th safety. White signed a four-year, $3.11 million contract with the Los Angeles Chargers on May 13, 2018, which also included a signing bonus of $654,441.

On September 9, 2018, White made his first career start and made his first regular-season start in the Los Angeles Chargers’ 38-28 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. He finished the game with six combined tackles.

During a 31-20 victory over the Buffalo Bills in Week 2 on September 16, 2018, White had four solo tackles, broke up two passes, and made his first career interception.

In the fourth quarter of the game, he intercepted Josh Allen, the rookie quarterback for the Bills, and returned a pass meant for tight end Jason Croom for his first career interception.

On March 26, 2022, White signed a one-year contract, worth up to $5 million, with the Philadelphia Eagles.
