Landon Alexander Collins, a strong safety for the National Football League’s New York Giants, was born on January 10, 1994. He participated on the Alabama team that won the 2013 BCS National Championship Game while playing collegiate football there.

In the second round of the 2015 NFL Draft, the New York Giants selected him. Collins attended three Pro Bowls while playing for them and was selected to the 2016 All-Pro Team.

The New York Giants selected Collins in the second round (33rd overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft. The Giants traded with the Tennessee Titans to choose Collins even though they had the 40th and eighth overall choices in the second round at the time.

Collins re-joined the Giants on October 6, 2022, and joined their practice squad. For the Week 7 and Week 8 games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and Seattle Seahawks, Collins was promoted from the practice squad.
