He was chosen by the Seattle Seahawks in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. The Seattle Seahawks selected Glowinski 134th overall in the fourth round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

In 2016, Glowinski was on the field for all 16 of the Seahawks’ contests, earning the starting left guard position. Right guard Glowinski started the first two games of the Seahawks’ 2017 season before giving up the starting job to Oday Aboushi.

Glowinski was taken off waivers by the Indianapolis Colts on December 18, 2017. When Matt Slauson suffered a season-ending injury in Week 6, Glowinski, who had started the season as a backup, was named the team’s starting right guard. He then followed nine of the final 11 games he started.

Glowinski extended his contract with the Colts for three years and $18 million on January 29, 2019, keeping him with the team through the 2021 campaign.

Glowinski agreed to a three-year, $20 million contract with the New York Giants on March 17, 2022.
