Markquese Bell is a professional football player for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He plays the position of safety. In Bridgeton, New Jersey in the United States, he was born on January 6, 1999. He stands 1.9 meters tall and weighs 93 kilograms. He went to Bridgeton High School, where he played football in high school.

He received offers from Ohio State, Rutgers, and Virginia but chose to play college football at Maryland instead because he was a four-star recruit coming out of high school. He enrolled early on the squad at Maryland, where he started his undergraduate career. Due to a transgression of the team’s code of conduct, he was suspended prior to the start of his rookie season.

Without ever donning a Terrapins uniform, he eventually dropped out of school. Later, he transferred, and he spent the 2018 season at Coffeyville Community College. There, he recorded 52 tackles and two interceptions. In order to finish up his remaining collegiate eligibility, he transferred to Florida A&M after the season. He played football for Florida’s Florida A&M Rattlers squad during that time.

In 2019 he was named to the First Team All-MEAC and in 2021 to the First Team All-SWAC. Bell committed to the Dallas Cowboys on May 1, 2022, as a non-drafted free agent. He was included in the 53-man active roster for the Cowboys following training camp.
