Following their free-agent re-signings of running back James Conner, linebacker Dennis Gardeck, and tight end Zach Ertz to three-year contracts, they extended the contracts of quarterback Kyler Murray, tackle D.J. Humphries, and safety Jalen Thompson.

Linebacker Markus Golden, who joined the team most recently and is also the only pass rusher with experience, is the only newcomer.

Golden has reportedly signed to a contract extension that will keep him with the organization through 2023 and pay him up to $6.5 million, according to Field Yates of ESPN.

Golden was in the final year of his contract and due $2 million in compensation at that time.

He had at least 10 sacks three times in his career, most recently leading the team with 11 last year.
