He plays running back for the Denver Broncos of the National Football League in American football (NFL). Mack was a student at and a collegiate football player at the University of South Florida from 2014 to 2016.

In his first game at South Florida as a freshman in 2014, he tied the school record with 275 rushing yards. He established a freshman record for USF with 202 carries for 1,041 rushing yards and nine touchdowns in 12 starts.



Mack was the 15th running back selected in 2017 and the first running back to come out of the University of South Florida.

He was the 28th player from USF to be chosen in the NFL draft’s history. Mack ran 29 times for 132 yards and grabbed three catches for 16 yards in a 19-13 victory in week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs. On October 24, 2022, the Denver Broncos signed Mack off the San Francisco 49ers’ practice squad.
