The Padres basketball team, which I played for as a junior, advanced all the way to the finals of the WCAL and CCS championships, where they faced off against the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs, whose team was captained by All-American Aaron Gordon.

In the championship game for the WCAL, which took place on February 16, 2013, at Foothill College, Dickerson defended Gordon.

Gordon drove to the basket in the first quarter of the game, but he was fouled on the way up, and he ended up on top of Dickerson as a result.

Gordon instantly stood up after wrapping his arms around Dickerson’s neck and then immediately doing so after standing up.
