Before pursuing his college career at Indiana University Bloomington, Micah McFadden was rated as a three-star recruit coming out of high school. He played college football for the Indiana Hoosiers from 2018 to 2021.
McFadden started all 12 games he participated in his first year, recording 20 tackles and one forced fumble. His responsibilities expanded as a sophomore, and he finished the year with a total of 61 tackles, two interceptions, and a forced fumble.
