Mika Tafua plays football professionally and is a defensive end for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He is 1.91 m tall and weighs 113 kg. He played high school football at Kamehameha High School and was chosen as a first team ILH All Star twice as well as a two-time All-Hawaii pick as a junior.
He was also selected for the First Team All-State as a senior, and the Interscholastic League of Honolulu named him the 2014 Co-Defensive Player of the Year. He topped the league with 9.5 sacks, three pass breakups, four quarterback hurries, one caused fumble, and one recovery. He also led the defensive line with 49 total tackles. After the 2022 NFL Draft, Tafua signed with the Dallas Cowboys as a free agent.
