Tight end with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League, Michael William Gesicki, also known as Mike Gesicki, is a professional American football player. He is 113 kg and 1.98 m tall. He played football, basketball, and volleyball while he was a student at Southern Regional High School.

With 1,817 yards on 103 receptions and 16 touchdown catches, he concluded his career as the Rams’ all-time leading receiver. From 2014 to 2017, he participated in collegiate football for the Pennsylvania State University’s Penn State Nittany Lions. In July 2017, he was added to the John Mackey Award watchlist, which honors the best tight end in college football. He was taken by the Miami Dolphins in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.

He inked a $6.61 million, four-year deal with the Dolphins in June 2018, which included a $2.88 million signing bonus and a $3.66 million guarantee. He had eight receptions for 130 yards and his first score of the 2020 campaign in Week 2 of the campaign. He recorded his first 100+ receiving yard performance in an NFL game, but the Dolphins fell short.
