MyCole Pruitt is an American football tight end who plays for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He is 1.88 m tall and 111 kg in weight. He attended Kirkwood High School, where he also participated in football. He was a first-team All-Conference defensive end and defensive end three times in 2009.

From 2010 to 2014, he was a member of the Southern Illinois Salukis football team while attending Southern Illinois University. In the week leading up to the Quincy game, he was named SIU’s Offensive Scout Player of the Week after redshirting in 2010. As a junior and senior, he received unanimous FCS All-American honors.

He concluded his collegiate football career at SIU as the tight end with the most career receptions, receiving yards, and touchdowns in the MVFC. He received his industrial technology bachelor’s degree in December 2014. The Minnesota Vikings made their selection of Pruitt in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. The Tennessee Titans acquired him in September of last year.

He committed to the San Francisco 49ers in June 2021. On August 31, 2021, he was released. He joined the Atlanta Falcons on August 8, 2022. On August 30, he was let go and re-signed to the practice squad. He was added to the active roster for the week six matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on October 15, 2022.
