Myjai Sanders Stats: How Good Is Myjai Sanders?

Myjai Sanders is a young outside linebacker in his first NFL season and a player for the Arizona Cardinals. Sanders was drafted by the Cardinals in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Sanders spent his formative years in Jacksonville, Florida, where he graduated from William M. Raines High School. Prior to beginning his junior year, he moved to Kingsland, Georgia, where he attended Camden County High School.

Sanders played high school football and as a senior, he racked up 39 tackles, three sacks, and seven quarterback hurries, earning him a spot on the Coastal Georgia All-Area team. This honor was bestowed upon him by The Brunswick News.



Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Washington State, and the University of Central Florida were among the schools that offered Sanders a scholarship to play collegiate football, but Sanders chose Cincinnati.

Sanders attended the University of Cincinnati from (2018–2021) and played college football for the Cincinnati Bearcats.

How Good Is Myjai Sanders?

Myjai Sanders made a name for himself during his time in college. As a young prospect, Sanders served as a reserve and appeared in ten games, recording seven tackles.

As a sophomore, he was given the starting position and finished the season with 40 tackles, seven tackles for loss, and four sacks.

He was also named to the all-freshman team. As a junior, Sanders was honored by being selected as a semifinalist for the Chuck Bednarik Award
