His career remained there until he graduated after transferring to Camden County High School. After compiling 39 tackles, three sacks, and seven quarterback hurries as a senior, he was selected to The Brunswick News’ Coastal Georgia All-Area team. Despite receiving offers from other universities, he chose Cincinnati to play college football.
For the University of Cincinnati’s football team, he participated in collegiate football. He participated in ten games as a rookie and finished as a reserve with seven tackles.
