Linebacker Nathan “Nate” Landman is a professional football player with the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He stands at 1.91 m. He measures 98 kilograms. He played football and other sports and graduated from Monte Vista High School. He excelled in both linebacker and wide receiver positions while playing both.
He won East Bay Athletic League MVP honors in his final season. He received honors from MaxPreps as a member of the All-NorCal High School Football Team and from the San Jose Times as East Bay Defensive Player of the Year. After graduating from high school, he played college football for the University of Colorado, Boulder’s Colorado Buffaloes team from 2017 to 2021.
He saw a lot of playing time as a true freshman, primarily on special teams but also on defense. 2017 saw him make his college debut, as he made one tackle for a loss. He produced six tackles and a forced fumble in a starting capacity against the Utah Utes later that year. He was a starter for the entire 2018 campaign, and in the opening contest, he recorded a career-high 16 tackles.
He has 104 total tackles and two interceptions by the time the 2019 season was over. Early in 2019, the coaches and media recognized him as All-Pac-12 Conference. May 2022 saw the undrafted free agent Landman sign with the Atlanta Falcons. After training camp, he was added to the Falcons’ 53-man roster.
