Neil Pau’u is one of the professional football players with the Buffalo Bills football team in the National Football League. He plays in the position of a wide receiver for the Bills. He has a height of 1.93 m and weighs 98 kg. He was born September 11, 1995 in Santa Ana, California in the United States of America to Tupou and Uepi Pau’u.
He played high school football at Servite High School. In his junior year in 2017, he participated in 11 games, finished with 14 receptions for 139 yards, and scored twice. Later, at Brigham University, he played collegiate football for the Brigham Young Cougars (BYU).
He snagged a career-long 28-yard touchdown pass against Portland State in his collegiate debut, averaging 9.9 yards per catch. In his first two years at BYU, Neil Pau’u only played a little part in his four seasons of play. During that time, he scored three touchdowns, 355 receiving yards, and 32 receptions. Zach Wilson became a major contributor to the offense in 2020, during his breakout season with BYU, when he recorded 45 receptions, 603 receiving yards, and four receiving touchdowns.
Pau’u continued to play a significant role in the offense last year, leading the club with 46 receptions, 526 receiving yards, and six touchdowns. In April 2022, the Buffalo Bills football team signed him as an undrafted free agent.
