Neville Gallimore is well-known for playing defensive lineman with the Dallas Cowboys in the National Football League. He weighs 143 kg and stands 1.88 m tall. At St. Patrick’s High School, he participated in football. Later, he changed schools and joined the Canada Prep Academy, where he had the chance to travel the nation and compete against some of the top high school football teams.

He was the first athlete of Canadian descent to be invited to compete in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, but he was unable to do so in 2015 due to a knee injury. After obtaining 30 scholarship offers from American universities, he decided to enroll at the University of Oklahoma to play college football for the Oklahoma Sooners football team.

In 2015, he redshirted his first season at Oklahoma. He participated in all 13 games as a freshman in 2016, starting six of them. He participated in 12 of 14 games as a sophomore in 2017, starting the first five games before missing the final two due to injury. He made 14 starts as a senior in 2019, finished with 30 tackles (7.5 for loss), 4 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles.

He had 148 total tackles (18 for loss), 9 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, and 3 College Football Playoff appearances by the time he concluded his college career. The Dallas Cowboys selected Gallimore in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In a 34-37 victory over the New York Giants in Week 5 he made his first NFL tackle.
