Noah was born and raised in California where he had his high school baseball career at Huntington Beach High School in Huntington Beach, California. After high school, he played college baseball at the University of California, Santa Barbara. During his final year in college, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
During the 2018 MLB draft, he was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 11th round the draft. He did not pitch that year and made his professional debut in 2019 with the Arizona League Reds. He was promoted that season to play for the Billings Mustangs.
There was no game to play during the 2020 minor league season as the season was cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic. He spent 2021 playing for the Dayton Dragons. The Colorado Rockies purchased his contract in July 2021 from the Reds.
He was assigned to the Spokane Indians that season. When the season ended, the Rockies added him to their 40-man roster.
