Noah was born on April 22, 1997, in Newport Beach, California in the USA. He played baseball in high school at Huntington Beach High School located in Huntington Beach, California. When he completed high school, he enrolled at the University of California, Santa Barbara to play college baseball for the baseball team.
In 2017, whiles at the University, he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He was drafted in the 2018 MLB draft by the Cincinnati Reds in the 11th round the draft. He started his professional career in 2019 with the Arizona League Reds.
That same year, he earned a promotion the season to spend the rest of the season with the Billings Mustangs. The 2020 minor league season was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the season resumed in 2021, he was assigned to play for the Dayton Dragons.
In July 2021, the Reds traded him to the Colorado Rockies. The Rockies added him to their 40-man roster before the beginning of the 2022 season.
