Patrick Ricard plays fullback in American football for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens. He went to Maine for collegiate football.

Ricard attended David Prouty High School in Spencer, Massachusetts, and was twice voted the Central Massachusetts Division II Defensive MVP.

Ricard was a defensive lineman for the University of Maine’s Maine Black Bears from 2013 to 2016. In 2013, he participated in every one of the 13 games and made a total of 19 solo tackles, 40 tackle assists, 1 sack, 2 pass breakups, and 1 forced fumble.

Ricard was selected to the FCS Second Team All-Freshman by College Sports Journal. In 2014, he participated in 10 games, starting 9. He finished the season with 19 solo tackles, 27 tackle assists, 4.5 sacks, 6 pass breakups, and 1 blocked punt.

He took part in 10 games in 2015, all of which he started, and he had 25 solo tackles, 28 tackle assists, 7 sacks, 2 pass breakups, and 3 forced fumbles. Ricard was named to the ECAC Division I FCS Second Team All-Star as well as the First Team All-CAA.
