Peter Lambert is known to be a professional baseball pitcher with the Colorado Rockies baseball team of Major League Baseball (MLB). Peter was born and raised in San Dimas California where he attended high school and played for the baseball team.
He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 2nd round of the 2015 MLB draft. He signed with them and forwent his earlier commitment of going to play college baseball for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). After he signed with the Rockies, he was assigned to play with the Grand Junction Rockies to begin his professional career.
Peter played the Asheville Tourists in 2016 and spent the 2017 season with the Lancaster JetHawks. He played for both the Hartford Yard Goats and the Albuquerque Isotopes in 2018 and played only with Albuquerque Isotopes in 2019. The Rockies called him up to the major leagues in June 2019 and he made his MLB debut on June 6, 2019, for the Rockies.
He didn’t play in any game during the 2020 MLB season as he got injured and had to undergo a Tommy John surgery. He was placed on Rockies 60-day injured list as he was still recovering from the Tommy John surgery.
