Baseball was Strzelecki’s sport throughout his time at the University of South Florida. After the 2018 Major League Baseball draft, the Milwaukee Brewers signed him as an undrafted free agent.
He pitched for the Helena Brewers and the Arizona League Brewers in his debut professional season, with 27+1/3 innings pitched and a 5.52 earned run average (ERA).
In 59 innings of work in 2019, he pitched for the Carolina Mudcats and the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, compiling a 3.05 ERA.
