Rashard Markese Davis, who plays as a wide receiver and return specialist, is presently a free agent. He attended James Madison University, where he participated in the college football program.

On September 19, 2012, he was given the title of Falcon Club Player of the week for his performance in the game against Culpeper.
In that game, he was responsible for six touchdowns, including four on the ground while racking up 200 yards on nine carries and two passing touchdowns, finishing with 122 yards while going 5 for 8 with his pass attempts. In 2012, Rashard earned his diploma from Charlottesville High School with Highest Honors.
