Robert Hunt, an offensive tackle with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League, was born on August 25, 1996. (NFL). For the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, he played college football.

Prior to moving to Fort Worth, Texas with his family when he was a little child, Hunt was born in Wiergate, Texas. After Hurricane Rita, his family briefly relocated back to the Wiergate region before fleeing to Fort Worth; a second migration back to the Wiergate area led to a third move back to Fort Worth after his family’s home burned down.

Hunt spent his freshman year at Burkeville High School before returning to Newton County to live with his aunt. For the Mustangs, he participated in basketball and football. Hunt turned down a scholarship offer from Houston to play collegiate football in Louisiana.

Hunt did not participate in his actual freshman year. After spring practice, he was named the Ragin’ Cajuns starting left guard and started all 13 of the team’s games as a redshirt freshman.

Hunt started 11 games (nine at left guard and two at left tackle) as a redshirt sophomore while sitting out one contest because of a suspension. Hunt, a junior redshirt, started each of the Ragin’ Cajuns’ 14 games, earning second-team honors. Conference of the Sun Belt

Due to a groin injury, Hunt was a redshirt senior and only saw action in seven games, but he was nonetheless nominated to the first team of the Sun Belt. He was given the opportunity to play in the 2020 Senior Bowl, but was unable to do so because of his injuries.

With the 39th choice in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins picked Hunt. On September 13, 2020, Hunt played in his first NFL game against the New England Patriots. On October 11, 2020, Hunt lined up at right tackle in his first career start against the San Francisco 49ers, winning 43-17.

Robert Hunt has never divulged any information about his parents, he is a very private person who likes to keep his personal life away from media attention.
