He played NCAA football for the Purdue Boilermakers squad at Purdue University from 2018 to 2020 after graduating from high school. His 313 all-purpose yards in his first game with the Boilermakers set a record for the most in program history. He received the Paul Hornung Award, which is given to the college football player with the most versatility, at the conclusion of the 2018 season.

For his work as an all-purpose back in December 2018, he earned First-Team All-American recognition from the Football Writers’ Association of America and the Associated Press. Moore was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft with the 49th overall pick. He signed a four-year rookie contract with the Cardinals in June 2021.
